I have a couple of questions
1. Most of the international employment opportunities require international experience. This is not the case for some African job seekers. I would love to hear any comment on this regard.
2. For some of the vacancies use very narrow and specif specialization.Some times a person could very relevant and related qualifications but the nomenclature of the the degree /certificate is different. This will result in rejection of the candidate at early screening stage. I wonder how this challenge could be addressed. I
